Gentle Yoga Workshop
with Myofascial Release

Friday, April 25th from 2 - 3:30

Come and experience a rejuvenating workshop with me! We'll explore the therapeutic combination of Gentle Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release, blending mindful Hatha movement with soothing Yin poses. You'll promote flexibility, range of motion, tension release, and overall well-being using yoga props and therapy massage balls.

 

This welcoming floor-based workshop for those 50+ is perfect for most, whether you're just starting yoga or have years of experience!

Indulge yourself and the extraordinary women in your life with a tailor-made practice in Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for 50+ or Yoga for Menopause. Private classes or workshops can be organized at your preferred location, be it online or in-person.

A little about Cheri.

Yoga Instructor Ashland Oregon. Cheri is a lifelong yoga and meditation practitioner who believes in the healing power of mindfulness practices. She completed her first yoga teacher training in 2002 and soon began volunteering at her local Senior Center, where she introduced the benefits of mindfulness practices to an underserved community. Cheri's dedication to helping others find solace and strength through yoga became evident as she witnessed its positive impact on the seniors she worked with.

Wanting to make a broader impact in her community, Cheri earned specialized certifications in Yin Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Senior Yoga, and guided meditation. Cheri teaches weekly Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga classes in Ashland, OR. She also offers seasonal workshops and leads women's small group events.

Cheri is passionate about teaching accessible, trauma-informed, and supportive yoga to everyone. She believes there is a type of yoga and a yoga teacher for anyone who wants to practice. You can practice with Cheri locally in Ashland, OR, or enjoy a free guided meditation on Insight Timer.
